Welcome to Rocko’s World. These terms govern your use of rockosworld.com (the grown-ups’ side) and the Rocko’s World services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Rocko’s World

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Accounts are for parents and guardians.

The service

Rocko’s World provides parent accounts, Treat Time parental controls, and the Rocko Pals shop. The kids’ play site, Where’s Rocko (wheresrocko.com), is free to play and needs no account.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans and Rocko Pals purchases are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Any pre-orders for limited-edition Rocko Pals are subject to availability and the terms shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, interfere with other users, or use it unlawfully.

Content & intellectual property

Rocko’s World, Rocko, Where’s Rocko, and related names, logos, artwork, and content are owned by Rocko’s World. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without our permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rocko’s World is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes. We’ll revise the effective date above.
